Increasingly popular hydroponics technology is the only way to provide the consistent environment required to produce perfect, good-sized fruits and vegetables that are tasty and full of color. The producers we work with possess extraordinary know-how and use state-of-the-art equipment. All produce is meticulously sorted, either manually or with an optic eye. We choose only sizes that meet all of our selection criteria.
